Starbucks Dasman

Location: Dasman, Co-Op, Mc Donalds, Cartoon Network Block


Issue:
A week ago a friend of mine went to Starbucks Dasman to purchase ALOT of their displayed merchandise, she spent approx. KWD 25, on mugs, travel mugs, coffee beans .. etc.. etc. What happened is, after she got home she found that two of the coffee bean bags were supposed to expire on April 2012. which means she has a deadline of two months to finish her coffee!!


To conclude this disappointment, here's where Starbucks failed to recover:

1. After 30 mins. were spent on back and forth negotiations, between us, the sales lady, and the store manager (which I believe he upgraded himself on spot).
2. An exchange was not an option -All of their store merchandise expiry dates are the same (expires in two months).
3. They refused to refund (or use the Al Shaya credit card).

Finally, I stated, you know that we're regulars here, are you sure you want us to leave your store unhappy?? 

Barista: What can i do mam, blahh blahh 

Me: Fine, I promise you I wont come back again.
