Very disappointed :(( Last week I passed by
Stretch gym to check on memberships. Loved the gym as it was so tidy and clean
and the swimming pool looked amazing which is my main reason to go. the
reception lady explained the different memberships and told me that 1 day
pass for the swimming pool is 5KD and a full day pass for all facility is 10KD.
I decided to try the swimming pool first before
joining so I went yesterday so excited to use the pool and they refused to let
me in saying that the receptionist gave me wrong info and I have to pay 10KD to
use the swimming pool! Asked the receptionist to call the lady I met last week
to clarify and they never did.
SO DISAPPOINTED, bad customer service making
customers leave unhappy and not a smart reaction because I was almost 95% to
join the gym, now I'm really considering not to join and will share my negative
story with lots of people.
I really think this incident was very badly
managed as it wouldn’t cost them much to let me in for 5KD only for that time
and at least leave a positive impression on me which I could have shared with
lots of people and recommended the place. I don’t think I will go back again :(

Nice looking facility, but worst customer service, management ever! The pool is always closed for weeks at a time, so there goes half my workout. Minimum 5 treadmills broken, and TWO aerobics classes scheduled in open areas, so two SCREAMING instructors and BLARING music. My headphones could not drown out the excessive noise. No management on site during peak hours to control the situation. Despite multiple complaints, arrogant instructors continue to ignore the rest of the clients and impose themselves on everyone.
